First, the type that live in North Carolina—because my first in-state book event is in 8 days!

I’m coming to Folk and Fable in Cary, NC on January 31st from 2–4 pm.

One of my favorite things about the book world in Orlando was getting to know the readers, authors, and sellers that made it tick.

Now that we live in NC, I can’t wait to do the same thing here.

Come say hi—and pick up a signed book or two if you’re interested, along with some special bookmarks and a sticker with a lizard-canine on it.
